Had to give this little highlight reel a permanent spot. AK decided this year to give CC a try and she’s only trained a few weeks. I ran track through college. My dad was a Track Coach (& a pretty great one) and he used to run around the track and encourage me just like this… I held back major tears for this full circle moment. Very Proud mama 🥹🫶🏽

When we’re all together, people are usually shocked by how many kids I have. There’s typically some variation of “FOUR girls? Poor you!” Or “Good luck when they’re all teenagers!” And I hate those responses, because I love raising these girls. They are GIFTS not burdens. They’re all so different, with their own personalities and gifts and it’s my JOY to be their Mom. Do I need a break from all the talking sometimes? Yep. Haha.
