This is my biggest home to date! This was one large house with a carriage house on the side. The main house was three stories. It has 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The carriage house has one large game room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area. This house is absolutely beautiful! The owner’s of this large rental home hired me to do the full design and install. The design style we settled on was more of a traditional coastal look. I worked within the decided budget of the owners to supply everything needed to get the house ready for renters. I love the way this house turned out.
BEFORE
This project started out with a clean slate. The office had been completely emptied and was just waiting to get an upgrade. The client wanted more of a traditional style with comfortable seating for future meetings. I put the mood board together to give the client a visual to approve, and then worked with the client to get the items purchased and installed.
This project is a 3 story 5 bedroom rental located right across from the beach. The views made this job pretty incredible. The owner reached out to me to see if I would be interested in helping him with his rental. He purchased it fully furnished and most of it needed to be replaced. I worked within his budget to get this rental an upgraded look and ready for renters and his personal use as the perfect vacation spot.
This project was a full design install to get it rental ready. The owner had a pretty specific vision for the design style of farmhouse modern. He wanted the rental to house images of cattle, to tie into the rental name of the “Bougie Buffalo.” I took that design direction and implemented it into my design choices throughout the house. The house is 8 bedrooms, 2 of which are bunk rooms. It has a game room on the 3rd floor and a coffee bar area on the second. This house was fun to install because stylistically it was different from all the other rentals I had installed throughout the year. It was fun to put together!
This project was my first Rental Install. It was an 8 bedroom rental house that needed to be fully furnished. I purchased, stored, installed and designed everything needed to get the home Rental Ready, all while staying within the owner’s budget. The overall design style of this home is Coastal Modern. It was so satisfying to see the space come together after 5 months of planning.
A friend reached out to me after purchasing this home sight unseen. The house is a 3 story, 4 bedroom house that was in need of major TLC. The project was a total redesign of the furniture, with also trying to use any furniture I felt could work in the space. This project involved removal of furniture, redesigning rooms, purchasing, storing, and installing the new items to get the house ready for renters. I enjoyed working on this space and seeing it take on new life. It’s such a great location and just a short walk to the beach
This home is an 8 BDR/9 BATH Rental. I worked with the owners to install everything in the home to get it rental ready. The owners purchased the items and I installed it all. It was a great option for these particular owners who were not able to do the entire home install.

Greenery! Artificial plants are my go to item to add in every single room of my designs. Typically, I’m designing for investment properties, so real plants aren’t an option. I love the way the green accents make a space feel cozy and lived in!

Had to give this little highlight reel a permanent spot. AK decided this year to give CC a try and she’s only trained a few weeks. I ran track through college. My dad was a Track Coach (& a pretty great one) and he used to run around the track and encourage me just like this… I held back major tears for this full circle moment. Very Proud mama 🥹🫶🏽

When we’re all together, people are usually shocked by how many kids I have. There’s typically some variation of “FOUR girls? Poor you!” Or “Good luck when they’re all teenagers!” And I hate those responses, because I love raising these girls. They are GIFTS not burdens. They’re all so different, with their own personalities and gifts and it’s my JOY to be their Mom. Do I need a break from all the talking sometimes? Yep. Haha. But I sure do love raising these little women.
